With over 200 vineyards and 1,200 hectares planted the region is recognised as Australia’s leading producer of high quality maritime, cool climate wines and is deeply committed to the long-term sustainability and environmental resilience of the region.

The undulating valleys of the Mornington Peninsula, nurtured by a maritime cool climate create the perfect environment for vineyards to thrive. With summers of relatively high humidity and rainfall and a prolonged, gentle autumn result in grapes with outstanding fruit flavours, high natural acidity and fine tannins. 

Predominantly Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with Pinot Grigio and smaller plantings of Shiraz, the region’s signature is wines of supple and alluring character, elegant and delicate varietal expressions which reflect the exceptional attention to detail of the vignerons of the Mornington Peninsula. Don’t be fooled however by any apparent delicacy, as these wines are packed full of intensity, structure and texture.
