Established in 2010 by Michael Russo, Old Tyabb Herbs began trading as Fresh Herb Company in January 2017.

What started as a hobby, steadily developed into a year-round supply of over 20 varieties of fresh herbs, garlic, horse radish and gourmet baby veg. With a history of working within retail and wholesale fruit and vegetables, Michael created the business, with a passion for growing and supplying fresh and edible bunched herbs to cafes, restaurants, stores, and wholesalers within the Melbourne wholesale market.
