The delicious 2024 Harvey Norman Produce Awards focus on Australia’s best producers, “the people who grow, cultivate, harvest and catch the produce supplied to the country’s leading chefs and hospitality venues.”

It’s no surprise that some of the leading local Mornington Peninsula producers have been recognised in these awards. The National Finalists for the 2024 awards in the category of From the Earth included Daniel’s Run Farm, producers of well over 200 varieties of heirloom tomatoes and Morning Penni Farm located at Barragunda Collective in Cape Schanck, and growers of delicious vegetables using regenerative farming practices.

In the last few years, our friends at Tuerong Farm, Torello Farm, Hawkes Farm and Flinders Mussels have been award winners, proving that our little patch of productive land is well and truly punching above its weight when it comes to acclaimed produce.
